SHIPPING POLICY

Note: Covid 19 has put intermittent delays on shipping times. There are no guarantees and no responsibility on Panda Hobby for these delays.

USA Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note that because we may be located in a difference region than you, holidays for us may be different than where you are. Also note that our time zone may be different than where you are which will likely need to be taken into account.

USA and Rest of World In-Transit Ownership
Panda Hobby  is not responsible for lost shipment in transit or once delivered. You can use the invoice we send and tracking number to contact the shipper and request a refund. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Panda Hobby Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

IN-STORE PICKUP
This is not an option at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Method RC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

All order outside of the USA ship from our main warehouse in China at this time. Typical lead times are 2-6 weeks depending on where you are located in the world.  

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please also check you SPAM folder for this automated email. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at methodinfo@methodrc.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Only United States Postal Services (USPS) shipments will ship to PO Boxes. All others such as UPS, Fedex will ship directly to physical addresses.
